Hi! I'm Karen

I've been practising yoga for the past 15 years. Having enjoyed a career as a professional dancer it's the expression of movement, creativity and liberating sense of flow that inspires me. 

I see yoga as a holistic and spiritual practice that seeps into my daily life. It is a journey of ever evolving self-discovery on and off the mat and I'd love to share this journey with you!

YoBarre 

This class is a balanced fusion of Barre — a ballet-inspired workout - and Yoga. 


It will tone, sculpt and strengthen the body whilst focusing on posture, alignment, fluidity and breath. Get ready to lengthen and strengthen your body.

Yoga Flow

A gentle, mindful flow, with emphasis on the breath. Set to uplifting music, this flow will leave you feeling calm, grounded and ready to start the day.

Private Session

A tailored session to suit your specific needs. Whether it be strengthening, toning, flexibility, breathing and meditation or a little of everything!


We will work together to find the best possible outcome for you to get results and most of all enjoy your time on the mat!

Pre- & postnatal

I offer group classes or private sessions for this transformational time. With a sensitive approach to the everchanging body.


I am aware that the specific requirements may change on a weekly or even daily basis and we will navigate through this together.
